  • I have this on vinyl. It's recorded in september 1967 at Ter Mar Studios, Chicago. The front top left corner says: Checker Records (not ''Original Chess" as does yours). The year is 1977 Checker Records, division of All Platinum Record Group, 96 West street, Englewood, New Yersey 07631 - Printed in the USA.

It's fresh and loose! Tracks on the album: SIDE 1: Long distance call/ Ooh baby & Wrecking my love life/ Sweet little angel. Side 2: Spponful/Diddley daddy/The red rooster/Goin'Down Slow.

  • 3 legends together Oo

  • Пацаны ваще ребята! Правильное музло лабали! Все молодцы, особенно этот , что негр!

  • @TheAMFHV your welcome, :)

  • I have had my fun! Love that line!! I want it on my tombstone!!

  • SUPERB!!!!!!!!

  • bo diddly has the best lyrics and sings it Great!!..Ive been listening to this version for a couple years and it is the best i have heard

  • @tcaresueb ...He's repeating the the same lines from Howlin' Wolf's verse in the first eight bars. He just improvises over the final four bars of the verse. He sings it well but they're not breathtakingly original lyrics.

  • Makes me sad that they portray Waters and Wolf at such odds in "Cadillac Records"

  • @JimmySteller oh they were at odds with each other. there was a big rivalry between them as to who was the biggest blues man of chicago. and willie dixon was in the middle because he wrote songs for both of them! one would get upset if the other got a good song from willie. read either wolf's or muddy's biographies for more information.

  • this jam is EVERYTHING i need ahahahah oh lord, i finally found you!!!!

  • this jams thanx for posting it

  • One thing to say and that is, MUDDY WATERS' SLIDE!!!!!!

  • The Jonas Brothers wish they were as badass as these three bluesmen!

  • @LonesomePaleRider Please don't even type their names on a page with these LEGENDS.

  • three greats! god damn this beats all!

  • I just love this version of this classic song though Howlin' Wolf sounds less than inspired.

  • I have this album too. Bought it on vinyl in the seventies. The album also contains Little red rooster and Spoonful. My best loved album, still is after all these years.
