Basic workplace ergonomics keep you wrist at the elbow or slightly below. The bones have strong ligaments so 'hanging from bone' like rock climbers do does not a) tire the muscles and b) do4es not require the resistance to the force of gravity from muscles. Still very awesome. Get a copy of Allman Brothers Eat A Peach and play their arrangement of Muddy Waters One Way Out where the piano takes the place of both lead guitars, it'll be sweet.
