Meeeeeeeeee too!!! It's so darn beautiful :) I wonder if she'll do it when the continue with the tour in September. I'm also wondering if they'll change the set list up a lot. I guess we'll see :)
"How I long to see him.." wow. I was just listening to some old tunes from Too Late To Cry and reminded myself of how wonderful she sounded at 16, how perfect her voice was. Twenty years have passed and every year she sounds more amazing. But what is there after perfect? Umm.. she's just an angel. :)
Thank you for this post. Beautiful. Random note: don't you just love her sound signals?
Alison's sound signals are endlessly fascinating to watch. Like a secret code. We should rate them according to perceived difficulty and how well they go with the music. This one gets a 10.0 for swooping action.
LMAO! Does she always do sound signals, like on every tour? She does them a lot on this tour. You would think she would give up or something because it always seems like there's something that needs changing/fixing.
HAHA! Nice, silverqueen! I have seen her do three different ones within one video. But this one was my favorite! I have never seen her do signals at concerts I have seen, but I know she does what looks like one near the beginning on the Live DVD. At out door festivals and things, I have seen her do a few. She may just have sensitive ears?? I know I do and tend to have issues with mics and things.
Oh, she does them all the time, throughout her shows. For Alison, there's no such thing as perfect; it could always be better! She seems to have a pretty smooth code worked out with the sound guy, so usually she just needs to make a minor adjustment every now and then. But sometimes (mostly at outdoor festivals) she just can't get the sound system to do what she wants it to, so her sound signals get really angry and animated. It's so funny!
According to one present( some blogger) at the concert AK said T bone suggested it just the day before and she was nervous singing it in Nashville for the first time! Which even more goes to show the awesome singer she is IMO! :)

Wow, a new song! She does look nervous singing it, but boy, does she nail it! I can't even comprehend how talented she is sometimes.

I didn't even know she sang this one. Is this the only concert they played this one at? It's beautiful.
