Hated the twilight movies, liked the books.

Like the first like 2 books of the Vampire Diaries, and I really do like the show, but I don't like how they didn't keep some main characters. The story line is like completely changed, but thats besides the point. The only thing they really kept the same is Klaus wanting to kill her, and both brothers want Elena. Who has BLONDE hair and BLUE eyes in the book. I was disappointed lol.

You don't have to like or watch the series, but why would it have otherwise taken these people an entire season of watching it to work out that they didn't like it? This was like a 5 minute commercial, at the end of which some people decided that they didn't like True Blood (which is fine). I was simply commenting on the pointlessness of such hyperbole.
