1st reason is the 24th amendment makes it ILLEGAL. you PAY in WI to get a state photo id. thats a POLL TAX any way you slice it.

to make it CONSTITUTIONAL (thereby LEGAL) Gov Walker shouldve made the photo id FREE OF CHARGE for people using it only to vote. you take simple proof of who you are like check stubs to dmv. they take your pic & STORE IT. you show up to the polls. officer brings up your info & pic ELECTRONICALY. then you vote. EASY.

You have no idea what this is about, do you? This bill 'fixes' the non-existent problem of imposters voting in the place of a registered voter. It imposes extra hardship on people without automobiles (and hence drivers licenses) and on those people who change address frequently. @myothernameistaken One thing is clear, the top 10%-20% who control around 90% of our nation’s wealth can NOT get their Politicians elected without getting the Working Class 2 vote 4 them. However I think that in Wisconsin the voters are starting 2 see their mistake & thus the recall efforts that this changing of the voting laws R meant to obstruct. The GOP is losing N places where they R supposed 2 B wining. Maybe the Working Class is learning 2 vote 4 their interest. We can do better, NO GOP!

I despise the fact that tax payers have to contibute to the democratic party. It's disgraceful.
