this is disgusting to think there is no help, no rebuilding. if this happened in Washington DC or NEWYORK there would be help and aid and rebuilding this shows how people who live in part of the US are second class people. I remember when country's out side of the US was supplying people aid because no one in the US cares and the US government don't even care .
