  • Psi got back to me. They said the parts needed for my repair are not available which I can understand. Do you know if kicker offers repair service on their subs. Damn I would have never gotten l7s if id known that they dont make recone kits. Some bs!

  • @BassNmelikecarotsNps - If I remember correctly kicker does still sell the recone kits - Hit up the Yout\Tube user "ihaveabutt" and tell him EXO said you might be able to help him.

  • 4 12's L7 would be the right answer :]

  • Yeah I seen your other vid awhile back and I actually sent them a repair request form with email and number and the details but I have yet to hear back.

  • @BassNmelikecarotsNps - Stay adamant - Only noisy doors get oil.

  • No I haven't, but I had it looked at and the verdict was that it is the voice coils. So how do I go about getting this repaired? I know l7s are tricky and I heard that they dont even make recones or repair parts but idk how true that is, but I'm sure there has got to be somebody that repairs these things. Shoot id pay you to do it if you could. Btw I really appreciate the help.

  • @BassNmelikecarotsNps - I think your best bet is to e-mail PSI and tell them your situation - The email is "info@fixmyspeaker(dot)kom"

  • The cvrs. I would know. I have 1 l7. My friend has 2 cvrs. Cvrs are louder and pushing l/4 less wattage than me. The l7's just really have their own sound. I have a question for exo, I just gave a friend a few bucks for his non functioning l7 and I want to know if it can be fixed by anyone. The sub worked great for a long time but one day it just randomly cut off in the middle of a song not loud at all , if that info helps ne. Thanks

  • @BassNmelikecarotsNps - Have you checked the coils with a multimeter?

  • WHICH WOULD BE BETTER TO WIRE TO ROCKFORDS SUBS IN SERES OR PARELLEL

  • @MINIMAKERSHEAD - There is no question to that question - You would need to specify info about your amp, your actual subs, your coils, number of coils & impedance of coils...

  • I would say 1 L7 could beat 2 CVRs any day

  • @rmatthaei80 - It's all about the box.

  • @EXOabigdeal no offense exo, but i also think the 2 cvrs would be louder. its more cone area. but of course you will need a box almost twice the size. and like u have stated in other videos the l7's dont last as long. so overall the cvrs are a great choice.

  • Can bridge 2 subs and bridge a amp at the same time

  • @sugafree209 Yes...

  • My knocking was just a jumper cable under my box knocking up against it

  • @LoSkatesDaily - Good ear! Always nice to find out it's nothing serious :)

  • @EXOabigdeal exactly!!

  • Mine was makin a weird noise too. Turns out one of my screws came loose that was holding the sub to the box

  • @onewiththepowerbass - Gatta' love the easy fixes! :)

  • I hear my friends 2 cvr 15s all the time loud ass hell. I just got an l7 15 a month. Now my l7 sounds better and hits notes differently his 2 cvr 15s are much louder

  • @tcmcclure2323 - Thanks for the input man!

  • Man, the netherlands really suck at selling car audio stuff... Here you will pay 750 EUROS for an kicker cvr, and like 400-500 on a mtx 9500! AMPS ARE NOT AFFORDABLE in holland, soundstream lil wonder 800.1...= 600 euros...

Also, we have no such thing as a wall mart, or even like best buy!

  • @breedam - Damn!

  • man im stuck between 2 kicker cvr 15s and 2 alpine type r 12s please help me out man

  • @arthuriscool1994 - Type R's hands down!

  • @EXOabigdeal what about type r 12s vs 1 kicker l7 15 hate to ask too many questions but i have been saving up for about a year now and i CANT risk anything

  • @arthuriscool1994 also if this helps im using an alpine mrp-m1000

  • @arthuriscool1994 - Type R's still take the cake

  • man im stuck between 2 kicker cvr 15s and 2 alpine type r 12s please help me out

  • What do you think of mtx tr45's I'm thinking about getting them

  • I say fuck a cvr.....Go with cvx's (except a cvx is like the same thing as a L7 but round)

  • What box should I chose ported or sealed for 2 15s l7 kickers pushed by a hifonics 2610d there Gona be install in a Honda accord 93 IS NOT HACHBACK and depending in the box I whant the people kan hear me coming down the block ok I whant the people kan hear me down the block any one what box should I chose ported or sealed

  • @Kickersl715s - A nice ported enclosure

  • Should I do a 15" kicker comp with 2 12" comps or 2 15" comps or 4 12" comps?

  • @bannersnow7 - 4 12's!

  • And gottadosumtinstupid...

Neither of your alternatives are goin to be much louder. Sorry man just true. Go with American Bass xfl. 12 or 15. I personally had a cvx 12 matched with a 750.1 kicker amp. Now have American Bass xfl 12 in 3.5 cubic foot slot port box (same box cvx was in) and put a soundstream dtr 1700 on it at 2 ohms. 1100 rms at 2 ohms. Man wat a difference from cvx!

  • In response to the Kicker cvrs vs L7. Spl go L7. As long as box is right as EXO says. Cvrs definately better quality. So sql go cvr.

  • I have a 2008 f150 super Crew, I want ridiculous loud bass! I currently have 2 cvr 12's with a kx1200.1 amp... but I want louder!!! I'm thinking about a few different things... all that I'm about to list will be in a pre build ported box off eBay. (Just gonna put on my back seat)

    I'm thinking one of the following; 2 kicker cvr 15's, 2 kicker l5 12's, or 1 kicker l7 15.

    I was also thinking 2 l5 15's but idk

I will keep my current amp, and maybe upgrade a little later..

    Give me suggestions please

  • You're the man, keep doing what you're doing man. You help a lot of people out

  • so EXO i have 2 kicker comp 12s in a ported box with a memphis 500.1(1000w) amp and im about to get 2 kicker cvr 12s so would the cvrs be louder than the comps in the same box?

  • @BassKidd14 HELL YEA the CVR's would be 4 if not 5 times louder than the comps...thats 800 RMS compared to 300...just power it right and get a big ass ported box and people will hear you coming

  • @EXOabigdeal i kinda figured that the 2 kicker cvrs would b louder bc it would b makeing more air but i could b wrong

  • I say get a single L7 in a GOOD enclosure! Never go over on watts and it will be sooo much more reliable!

  • the enclosure will be the judge. as far as durability, ive ran L7's since 09, and beat the $hit out of them. cant seem to kill either of the four. (keeping in mind not 2 exceed the rms value) i have since then upgraded to the 2011 models.

  • Id go with the L7 maybe even 2

  • im sick of my kickers wantin some more 12's but idk what to buy dont really want to go over 600 bucks or so, any tips will be great on what to look into

  • @redbulladdiict Orion HCCA

  • @redbulladdiict get yourself some audiopipes

  • @skeet2deet totally right man l7 all the way!!!

  • i think no matter what 2 15 will be louder than 1 because you have u have 2 speakers pushing out air than ust 1

  • @vielmas1 ur stupid an l7 would be wayyyyyyyyyy louder

  • or u can connect the amps thru the pre amp outputs

  • i have another Q having kicker inverted with keep the voice coil cooler??? or its no difference

  • hey im getting 2 l5 kickers 4 Ohms but i need help i need to wire it to 1 ohm??? HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @SALVADORLATINO101 dude just google "subwoofer wiring diagrams" and go to the crutchfield site! :)

  • l7 for sure, not as much cone area but more excursion

  • i have 2 l7 15s and with a audiobaun 2500 watt amp and im putting it in a s10 ext cab what would be a good box

  • @03xtreme1 a ported 8 - 9 cubic foot box ( if you have the room ) would rock your socks off....also get either a Hifonics HfiD2000 or a Kicker zx2500.1

  • i think the L7 15 throws out more Deeper bass then CompsVr...

  • @caddiking While it's true that the subwoofers sound way different as far as ''deeper bass'' thats all about box / port tuning. I could put an 8" subwoofer on 1,000 rms in a box tuned to 28 hrtz and have it hit WAY lower then a 15 in some prefab box tuned in mid 40s. Take both subs and free air them and see how they sound lol.. just shows it's mostly about the box. I would take cone area of the cvrs though as well and move more air etc etc.

  • wich is better a wall or a trunk(facing rear) setup same car same watts same subs same everything.

  • CVR`S V L7 WELL SEALED IN EQUAL BOXS CVR`S SIMPLY BECAUSE MORE CONE AREA

IN PORTED EQUAL ENCLOSURE THEY WILL BE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME

IN MAX RECOMMENDED ENCLOSURE THE L7 WILL EAT THE CVR ALL DAY LONG

  • ive had cvr and you cant even compare them to the l7s i have 2 15 l7s on two 5500watt poweraccoustics amps

  • @cali13lifestyle but the motors on all square subs are weaker but i like l7s myself ,,just wish they would upgrade it

  • U should be a scientist haha

  • EXO your the coolest kindest guy ey.

one of my favorite channels on youtube.

    BASSHEADS UNITE

  • Ive got 2 15 L7s going in my mustang gt if any of yall are interested check me out and maybe subscribe. the build isnt completely done yet but will be soon :)

  • @burl1420 i dont see nutting on ur page about a mustang???? :\

  • @BIGSEXY21O Go to my facebook because i dont really have a video camera yet only a phone and i want better quality than what my phone has. my facebook is Allen Bramlett from pontotoc ms

  • definately the 2 CVR 15s in a PRO box on a vr1000d

  • Hey EXO Bass Heads Unite. I'm with you on the Kicker L7 issue but there is one thing to consider as well the freq ratting of the subs the Comp VR are rated at 25-500 vs the L7 at 18-100 the L7 is much more comfortable in the lower freq range and I find that it's better to over power any sub so if you have a 2000w sub put 2500w amp with it the one thing that will kill your subs in a heart beat is unclean signal when you hear distortion it's not your subs it's your AMP.

  • for the guy with the knocking sub. i thought my subs were messed up too but after investigating... i realized i was stupid and it was my amp knocking againstt my box!!!

  • in my point i have one kicker cvr 15 inch i built my own box like the jl i do bleave it it with the different channels and two long sloted ports but i built it with basicly the one side of the box 20 inches tall and 17 inches deep with 3 walls to block the sound and force it down up down again then back up and at the frount of the box and it sounds like a 20 inch in my room running off a 200 watt amp

  • The other side of that vented enclosures are really kind of the only way to get max spl out of your speaker. but it will be a sweet spot . sealed boxs have a flat frequency response. They also have a higher rms rating....or. meaning that you can actually run the rms rating on the back of the speaker

  • Oops I mean. At half

  • I also agree with bigdeal in about the L 7....in the right box... with the right amp and in the right spot in your car/ truck/ van..exe l 7 is another firecracker sub it'll be fun for a while.the pop goes the weasel and the weasel dose pop. you just have to run them have power. once you make vented a sub your rms goes down cuz there's no acoustic suspension holding the speaker in place.

  • I have owned both of these speakers and the same case guys talking about. I had two15" cvr kicker in two 4 cubic foot boxs.and I had a L7 12" It may sound louder. But kickers have wire problems in the back. meaning eventually that all of them will break if you run them full power. so basically you're gonna have to run them at half power if you want your speakers the last you. I definitely noticed a difference in the comp vr kicker in the right box with the right power the comp vr kickers15s man!

  • Continued: The L7 is a 15 too (which has more surface area than 2 round 12's, but less than 2 round 15's). My 15 L7 is running off of a Boss D1000.2 bridged mode supplying approx. 960 Wrms. I made the box at 35 Hz, since the recommended ported box in the manual had roughly the same tuning frequency according to multiple tuning frequency calculators I used. the12volt is a good site for help on tuning. My spoiler is falling apart now. Is it legal to drive without the center brake light?

  • Awhile back I had two 15 in. 2003 CompVr's in my trunk in two separate boxes. Each box was custom sealed, 60 deg. diagonal, facing backwards at about 2.5 cu ft if I remember right. Ran off of a Power Acoustik 540W rms x 2. Just this last Fall I built a custom ported non-diagonal backward facing box for my L7. If I remember right (it's kinda fuzzy), I made it 4.5 cu ft internal volume + some port volume and it's tuned to 35 Hz. IMHO, the L7 goes deeper now and vibrates the crap outta my car more

  • ill tell you what! i have 2 l7 15s and ive had the cvrs and i can tell you that the square design has more volume and it sounds like a whole new level. i used to have my l7s in just an ordinary dual slot ported box and then i bought a probox and it sounds like i have 3 or 4 l7s instead of 2! youre right. its all about the box

  • Comment removed

  • @slimysenor MTX's air volume/displacement calculator is EXTREMELY rigged into MTX's favor. it tried to tell me MTX 12 moved more air than 2 solo x 18s?

  • Comment removed

  • @rangrhardys , just look at the Kickers, dont worry about MTX, im sure if you compare anything to MTX on that site it'll say MTX wins, but the question at hand is about Kicker subs only, and their MTX Subwoofer HorsePower is most likely based on Kicker Specs

  • as for the daily driver with prefab boxes, it is most possible that the compvr 15's in a sealed box may be able to sound more clear on the lows, though if you took a prefab box to an l7, it would still be victorious because of the design and material. imho.

  • in my personal opinion and numerous research, i find that the l7 would trump ahead of the 2 compvr's regardless.. only because the enclosure vs the compvrs and the l7, the l7 will always require a larger box and the wattage required to power said sub will always be greater. though both subs require the same rms, facts show that the square cone produces more output. the deal breaker would come down to the amp, either overpowering/equal/underpowering.

  • L7 baby all day

  • @ bigjern I saw the same last year dude went to Walmart right before the comp.ran all wires then ran hit 148 I could not believe it but ur was a sub ans the box was well built

  • I didnt say kicker sucks smart guy. I got 4 cvxs in my expedition. ReXXX is better tho lol

  • would the y splitter be able to go to a diferent brand amp or do all amps gotta be the same?

  • L7, I have a kicker L7, one time I was parking my in the schools parking lot, my friend told me he was hearing my bass from inside the hall way very clear,,, and I have a video in my channel but Ill post more soon....

  • Exo i got a question i need ur help i have 2 12" sony xplods and they arnt really hitting i took it to a speaker shop and nothing is wrong with them and i had them for about 5 days now and i have a 2.000 watt amp i tryed replaceing the cables and everything else but nothing changed can u help me ??

  • @lesliealanwheeler this can happen if the box is to small, or the polarity is wrong on one of the subs

  • @lesliealanwheeler xplods are generally not that loud. with the right box they might get louder tho. I once heard of someone gettin some xplods to hit 140 dB on a TL. can't remember who did it tho.

  • actually i want a l7 15 and i dont wanna get screwed if i get it i want 1 15 and i want it to killy my truck i have limited space

  • I own 2 12L7 and i cracked my factory box could you point me in the direction of how I can make a better one?

  • I have 1 15CVR and 900W going to it an my friend has i 15L7 with 400 going to it granted i have more power but i blow his out the water plus he has crap for a box. Im going to be putting 2 15CVRs in my truck this summer with 2000W going to it. Dont know about the box yet in in process of building it now. My question is should i get 2 1000W amps or just one 2000W amp? Thats where in at right now

  • does anyone know if a hifonics 1200 watt amp d class monoblock would push one or two 15's???

  • @nhwd1 im pretty sure the hifonics would have enough power

  • @vasquezisaih45 surface area of a circle is 2*pie*R^2 you dont just add the diameters...

  • I think 2 15 cvr's equals 30 inches combined surface area and 1000rms combined wattage were as the l7 15 is also 1000rms but only 15inches surface area to produce ur sound.... now a square does have, 22% more surface area I THINK than a circle but still 2 is better than 1..... in my opinion :)

  • Lol, i think your a little hype. Do you snort cocaine by any chance.

  • @taboo422 i think sombody's jelous hah

  • @42000kyle Jealous of his knowledge? Hell yes!!

  • @taboo422 u should be

  • @42000kyle As i just previously stated... I am.

  • @taboo422 lol

  • hey exo, im a big kicker fan, everything in my ride is kicker, 6x5's 6x9's, subs and amp, just wondering would you ever consider replacing your subwoofers with 2 18 inch kicker solo x's??

  • dude you are way too smart :D:DD

  • i work at radioshack!! :D

  • kicker suck huh Have u heard of solo x.

  • @bigmeech816 u r stupid dude kicker makes the solo x

  • just to add and hopefully help:

    1. whye or "y" splitters or using the amps preamp output to the second amp.

    2. just pull the sub out . visual verification is best and safest.

    good luck.

  • Was that Y-Splitter a serious question?

  • CVR=Junk

  • @jesseadkins187 if cvrs are junk what do you think is good

  • @AceNizzle well anything not made by kicker... :)

  • @jesseadkins187 LOL right, this dude begs to differ

  • @AceNizzle oh really you have proof? cause from the looks of your page you like kelly clarkson. and i know her shit doesnt beat..

  • @jesseadkins187 lol nah kicker is justttt as good as FI watt per watt

  • @AceNizzle lmfao i can put any amount of money on that one that your wrong have you heard both? put each one to a stress test?

  • @jesseadkins187 have you bought both? how much unneccesary money you pay for FI

  • @AceNizzle yes i can actually say i have... FI BTL 18" 550$ kicker solo X 18" 700 and a BTL will stomp a solo x..

ive seen 3 solo x 18's go up in smoke on 4000 watts.. and a btl will take it all day long.. will never buy a sub made by kicker ever again.. i own over 7 different FI subs all are beast!.. my BL 18's took over 2500watts each and still didnt smoke em just ended up ripping the spiders from over excursion unnecessary money? FI is cheaper than kicker by far!!

  • @jesseadkins187 Fi= Best Subs Money Can Buy Kicker= Over Priced Company That Kids Think Is The Best, And Over Spend On It.

  • @TheConfusedChicken hahah EXACTLY! just paying for the name with kicker just like alot of other companies they make good stuff "maybe" at one point then get their name out their and then "go cheap" and people still think just cause of the name their the best.. im not gonna lie 6 years ago i didnt even know who Fi or RE Audio where... i knew only the basic names and thought they were the best but now ive learned that its the brands you never hear about usually are actually the good quality stuff

  • @jesseadkins187 Yea man, I am only 15 but I started to be into this about 1 year ago, and I have gained alot of knowledge, and I like to do this cause it keeps me out of trouble and I like how there are alot of people out there that enjoy this too!

  • @jesseadkins187 So in other words, Fi for the win! Lol:)

  • @jesseadkins187 and its possible for little sisters ta fuck with ur channel moron

  • @theboober. you need to check out a 1000 watt hifonic brutus amp . thats all i use great amp. you will not be disappointed. they wiil beat the F%#* out of your subs.

  • what i did was get a distrbuter block from my local sub shop, then get one little splitter from wally world, ut rem turn on switch in that, distribute the pwoer wires and run second power wires to both amps, and ground the newer amps wire in a different bolt than other amp is grounded too, then get a y splitter and hook those bad boys up!!! works perfect for me!

  • i got a 12 inch daul 600 watt sub what would be the best amp for it?

  • Hey i was wondering can i put a kill switch on my amp so my subs dont turn on for when my girl uses my car she doesnt like all that noise anyways, a video would help alot if its possible thanks....

  • @mrespitia1 all you have to do is get a toggel switch and wire wour remote to it. or i have seen an even crazier way, a frend had a smaller sized hot wire and wired it to a light switch.

  • @mrespitia1 put a switch on your amp remote wire

  • Hey EXO whats up, just wanted to give my opinion on the whole two kicker cvrs or one l7. wouldnt two kicker cvr be louder due to more surface area?

  • @capricebass12 Maybe your dust cap on one of your subwoofers might have a small crack or tear in it? I had the same problem too, and I found out that it have a crack in the middle part because something must of hit it, and I put a very small amount of silicone on it, bearly visible but it stopped the popping noise.

  • i like the L7's lol i had one 12 and it slammed pretty hard

  • No disrespect to the L7 But the 2 15 in cvs would out power the l7 with the right amp and box but EXO did make a good remark about the l7 if that was in the right dimension box it would destroy the cvrs.

  • Hey EXO not trying to hate, but I have 2 CVR 15's and my friend has ! 15 L7 and put both in his car and the CVR's were louder for sure and got alot lower. And SQ was better. All subs were in PRE-FAB SEALED boxes, we plan on doing big ported boxes and see what happens. Oh and we were on the same amp. 1k rms to CVR's and 1krms to the L7. Perfect power.

  • STOP WHISPERING!

  • @AaronWallace He doesnt want to wake his parents ahah

  • bassicly the two 15s will easily sound better than the l7 IF their in a great box and the l7 is in an ok box. but comparing the two cvrs to one l7 saying their BOTH in a box that will give them max SPL sound id say the two 15s over the l7 because of surface are on the two 15s will be greater than one l7. but thats if they were both in equivalently good boxes. but what do u think about that exo? cuz i could be wrong haha get back at me my man.

  • wal- mart now sells x cables y cables with a bit more compatibility for all wiring needs

  • @thejazerman you're gonna trust wal mart for your car audio needs? jesus christ

  • @eldamus honestly i try not to at all costs... but in this video u did mention wal-mart

  • hey slipknot go to the search bar and type in square vs round and watch the 1st video and the guy from sonic electronics will explain to you what i said...verbatim

  • @ Cr1ms0nPwnda lol i love people like you that think they know what they are talking about. thorshammer (look up his videos on youtube) had two 10" dc audio subs that would meter higher than boyd heaton's 4 15" dc's. boyds sounded a hell of a lot louder when you were in it but thors was alot louder on the meter. if you dont know what you are talking about dont pretend unless you want the technical reasoning to why you are wrong to slap you in the face. thanks :)

  • @slipknot9651 Btw, Thor is doing low 150's, Boyd is going for a 160 now.

  • @Cashdollar2009 i know they are changing things up all the ti me but if you read my original comment i said its all in the box. boyd was running 16k on 4 15's and was metering around the same as rob on 9k with 2 10's. if crimsons statements were right, boyd should have been metering much higher with that much more surface area. like i said its all in the box, amp, alternators, batts, etc. not only surface area

  • i had noises coming from my memphis mojo before i ported my box. did te port, no more noise

  • @sk8rboy1491 MOJO<3333

  • Is there any other way to add another amp other than using a y-splitter?? Let me know man. Thanks.

  • @Kodyman15 Hey dude, I may not be EXO but if your amps are linkable, slave and master, you can link them with just a single RCA and a signal wire. You'll obviously need to power the slave amp too but that's common sense.

I can't remember exactly how you wire the outputs so you'd have to look it up on one of the more popular audio forums but I know it's possible.

I think SSA has a topic about it sticky'd but I can't remember, haven't been on there in a good while.

  • @Kodyman15 if you have an amp that has rca outputs you could do whats called a daisy chain, and run a small set of rca cables from the 1st amp to the 2nd amp, and of course the 2nd amp would need power, ground and remote. but thats another option if your amp has it

  • Hey what is the difference between ported or sealed?

  • @yzryder125 Ported implements the front and back wave given off from the subwoofer. Theoretically, you need less power to get just as loud, plus you can tune you box to your desired frequency allowing it to not only play lower, but also have it cater to your musical preferences.

  • i got a 2005 chrysler 300, but the trunk is terribly airlocked , is there any thing i can do to fix that?

  • @kapotts67 build a box in the back seat :)

  • @kapotts67 Why do you not want your trunk airtight?

  • i got a kicker 15in l7 in my jeep and it hits way louder the my friends two 15in cvr l7 is theway to go

  • @rubennuts all depends on the install. two 10" cvr could sound louder than a 15 l7. all in the box

  • @slipknot9651 or not because a 15 l7 moves the same amount of air as an 18

  • @Cr1ms0nPwnda Ummm no? An 18" has around 254.47in^2 of cone area whereas a 15" subwoofer has around 176.71in^2 of cone area.

Also, in the correct boxes, the 18" would theoretically be louder.

Or, you could have the 18" tuned to 28Hz, and move a lot more air than the 15", yet score a few db less on the meter. It all depends on the application.

  • @Cashdollar2009 read the comment fuck head a SQUARE 15 has comparable surface area to an 18 inch that is ROUND.

  • @Cr1ms0nPwnda Or you can quit being a dick and read my comment. Yes, you said square and I compared a round. Regardless, the 18" STILL has 25in^2 more cone area. And comparing cone area alone is just stupid. Power handling capabilities? Fs? Sensitivity? Also, with Kicker's square design they have had numerous subs sent back as the corners of the surround wear out quicker due to their odd shape. Also, box application is huge. You just can't "play cone area" to compare loudness.

  • @Cashdollar2009 i thought it was a given that we were discussing equal power handling DUH retard. yeah youre right it makes sense that i was saying a 500 rms square 15 is comprable to a 3000 rms round 18. think for yourself dont make me spell it out. use some common sense

  • @Cr1ms0nPwnda Never know, you seemed to be hugging your 25in^2 of cone area there pretty hard. lol

  • @Cashdollar2009 you obviously misunderstood

  • @Cr1ms0nPwnda your point is??? moving more air doesnt always mean louder on a meter

  • @rubennuts It's all in the aplication. Two 15"s have more cone area than your single 15". These two models aren't too terribly far apart. In the correct enclosure his 15"s could make yours sounds quiet. And in the correct enclosure, your 15" could still get louder off of the same power that you are running now.
