I love this video/song too, it's even more poignant in light of the conversation between House & Wilson outside, just past the one-minute mark, in light of the events of the start of Season 5.
The way everything fits so perfectly, with a great choice of scenes... I can just second for "awesome editing". You got me starring blanky at my screen for an entire minute after the end of the video. Truly fantastiv.
(just a tiny tiny complaint... I must admit not knowing every episode by heart, and as english isn't my mother language, it was sometimes really hard to understand. The song was a bit too loud for a good sound balance.)

Don't worry, that's not your fault. It was really hard to get the audio from the episode to go any higher, and I struggled with balancing the volume. It's not perfect. :)
