If your going to practice catch and release why don't you pinch your barbs. Also, that net that your using did more damage to that fish than you may think. Chances are that fish survived for a cpl months and then died due to disease because your net scraped off all of its protective slime!!! I commend you for the C&R but you cannot guarantee survival with barbed hooks and hard plastic netting material.
@buffalosabresredneck no that is not even close to the state record. in the fall you get lake run browns up to 20 pounds, and on the west branch of the delaware there are browns much bigger than that
