Speaking of mean, do you know what bum-sticking is? It's when the temp gets below freezing and you find a bum asleep on the side walk, you take a few big bottles of water and slowly pour the water around him and over him so he freezes to the sidewalk and can't get up when he wakes up. I saw it happen a couple of times, but I never had a camera to film the event.
