  • Shut up Beefcake. Only there because you were Hogan's bum boy

  • The only lines I didn't like from the film is "oh the ninties sucked." other than that, The Wrestler was a great movie....

  • deadbeat corner, hogans boyfriend a wifebeater, nigger, and fatboyric flair want tobe ,the only star is piper, and ddpis a joke manger

  • @rogerscottburchett1 I would say that the only real wrestlers there are indeed Piper but also the Hammer. He is deceptively better then he was allowed to be in the WWWF/WWF by Vinniemac. Luger I wish would die, Brutus is guilt by association, DDP I never knew how that happenned. LOL

  • deadbeat corner,

  • Ah , Beefcake!!

  • Lex Lugee

  • Steve Austin would put beers on my packs to keep them cold, haha.

*Channel plugg* Check out my channel for a bunch of wrestling vids ;)

  • I am excited I came across Movie Watcherus and this movie.

  • For God Sake let Lex talk...he keeps raising his hand.

  • out of all the guys- piper is the best at promo's.

  • Even legends wear Ed Hardy shirts... dear god...

  • Guys I'm sorry, but today's wrestling just sucks. Where are the cool characters? WWE is a joke now days. As soon as it starts, Vince comes out and runs his mouth along with the same old wrestlers for 30 minutes before we see any action. Same Cena and Orton crap, same old story lines, same old everything! Anyone else fed up?

  • so happy that the undertaker is still there and teaches those little ones some lessons!!(:

he´s one of the REAL wrestlers which were such deep charakters, with such a aura and show!! end 80s beginning 90s, what a great time!!

batista for example is nice, but, alone these babypanties he wears..in the real time, everyone was such a unique charakter, with their special clothes and shows..

  • you can diss Brutus all you want, but back in the day, before he jumped WCW which was only to carry Hogan's bags, he did know how to get the crowd into his matches. I'm sure the only reason they put him with Valentine was to teach him how to work. I enjoyed his matches back in the day, but I wonder if he was booked to win the I-C Title (prior to being injured) cause he's Hogan's lacky...

  • brutus was a nice heel before the barber gimmick for me

  • Brutus talking about in ring psychology? No disrespect, but that was not something he had at all.

  • He never said he had ring psychology, he said that is what makes a great wrestler.....

  • Of these guys, DDP had the most charisma--then, in order:

    Lex Luger

    Roddy Piper

    Bruti

    Valentine (very dull, even now)

  • Why is Beefcake even in this? He talks like he was a complete badass wrestler when in reality he was Hogans handbag that would grab the ropes on the way down to take a bump, I booked him to one of my wrestling shows and he was miserably horrible, coked up and extremely rude to the fans. He also didnt use the room I booked for him because he stayed in the room with my female ring announcer. Yea, $800.00 fee and a plane ticket and unused room, the man was horrible and unappreciated to be there.

  • He's only there since his former WWF Tag Team Champion partner, Greg Valentine, was there as well.

Of course he's well known for being Hogan's lackey.

  • Hogan and Beefcake went to school together. They are like best friends from way back.

  • Well, duh I already know that. I'm only talking about this round table. 4 wrestlers and the guy who killed Miss Elizabeth.

  • He's more than Hogan's lackey. And Lex Loser should be in jail. That steroid freak.

  • Oh, no doubt-but he was smooth in the ring. Like you said, selling is huge to any wrestler, especially a heel, and Piper was awesome at that. It's always so nauseating seeing a clumsy face botch an easy move, the heel sells like he's facing Lou Thesz, then babyface (Beefcake, in this case) would start pandering to the fans.

  • Brutus was an awful wrestler-only when he teamed with Valentine was he effective. All flash, no substance. The one clear hall of famer (not Vince's) is Piper.

  • Piper wasn't that flash in the ring either. Heat, selling and a fiery comeback. The three keys to any successful wrestler.

  • Brutus was so hop up on coke that I dont think he was a good wrestler

  • Not a big fan of wrestling, but it's pretty awesome to see these guys hanging out, reminiscing -- like they haven't had the chance to talk about some of this stuff, and now finally are able to. Pretty cool.

  • there wasn't music? Brutus came out to "we are the champions with his parter Greg Valentine back in the day. Hogan came out to eye of the tiger, and Piper came out to bagpipes.

  • He meant before they came to midsouth, or awa, or wwf, or even nwa, alot of guys had no pyro or custom entrance themes, alot of guys just starting out in key territories had no entrance themes until they got some fan responce.

  • he meant before it actually took off...

  • They just started using music then. Those guys worked for 5-10 prior to that era. Yes, Beefcake aswell.

  • I miss the days when guys could be creative and pick out any song to enter to. I know licensing fees made that impossible, but it was a lot more exciting when JYD came out to "Another one bites the dust" than "Grab them cakes". And the best heel team of all time-even fans who hated them got pumped up when the opening chords of "Freebird" began.

  • lol, yeah Brutus is really one to talk about Psychology.

  • he's talking about ring psychology you idiot!!! i mean i think he's qualified to discuss that!!!!

  • Yeah, I know what he's talking about dumbass. What I'm saying is that Brutus was never a good wrestler in the first place and shouldn't talk about RING psychology because he certainly didn't have any.

  • Funny that Lex said that cause my Grandpa is 100% the reason I got into wrestling. My early memories are from Ric Flair to Dustin Rhodes to two guys fighting in a farm house on stacks of hay. And that wasn't back yard back then, it was legit.

  • that was twice they cut lex lugor off...

  • i noticed that through the whole interview. i wanted to hear more from him actually.

  • probably cause Lex was talking too much truth about the biz.

  • I love how he keeps raising his hand like a well-behaved student. I felt frustrated for him.

  • I thought i was the only one who noticed that. Lex wanna say something and someone starts talking as he would just stop and listen. Courteous.....but just say what you gotta say, lex!!

  • i love this movie!

  • Great!

  • These videos are awesome. And The Wrestler is great. I'm gonna see it for the second time very soon

  • movie rocks
