how soon can i start doing this? i'm going to have my scheduled c-section next week :)

@vietoangelou The standard recommendation is to wait 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a C-section, longer if there were any complications. If everything goes well, you should be just fine to join us in 8 weeks and start with this routine. Good luck and congrats!
