The guitar is called "Charango" and the flute is called "Quena" Those are typical Peruvian instruments. I can see the man is probably from the city of Puno. This is a very beautiful city. I am was born in Peru but I live in the United States and he just played some music from the "Antiplano o Andina" :D

EJEM: UN poco de historia no esta mal...amigos bolivianos, peruanos, ecuatorianos, chilenos, todos pertenecieron a esa gran civilizacion llamada INKA, como ya saben, lastimosamente fueron dividos en paises , pero los verdareros descendientes de esa civilizacion no son los que le ponen ,mezcla de rock, piano o lo que sea a una flauta, quena o zampo~a, ya deberia quedar claro eso, y lo que hacen estos grupos es aceptable, por que no dejan que se pierda la tradicion de la musica INKA,

La zampoña - Sicu, instrumento de origen boliviano, será ejecutado con la participación de cerca de cinco mil interpretes de la Fundación Primera la Cultura, de esta forma romperán su propio record realizado el 2004 con la participación de 2.317 zampoñistas. La Prefectura juntamente la Fundación y la Organización Boliviana de Defensa y Difusión del Folklore (OBDEFO) lanzaron la convocatoria a nivel nacional del "II Encuentro de la Zampoña".

Sorry, that's all I have of it and I know nothing more. You'll have to find yourself a Peruvian or a Lake Titicaca flutist to give you any more info. But in this day and age, I bet they're all online :-)
