there is a way to do this on playstation2and im pretty sure that it works on xbox first activate the cheat code all cars have nitro then activate the beach theme cheat code and the hotknife will automatically have hydraulics and nitro

@101confort Normally? You have to get the gold medal on ALL of the driving school challenges and it will spawn in the parking lot in front of the driving school.
