He knows nothing about wrestling.. only brutality.. This is the greatest response possible to this question. If a question ever begins with do you know anything about something, say no. only brutality
Talk about hardcore...ECW fucktards may say that guys like Sabu and Balls Mahoney are hardcore. Fred Blassie was hardcore before hardcore was even a word. Especially during his Vampire days
This is an early appearance for Kamala in the WWE. My guess is about 1984. I don't think he lasted long in this run, but came back about three years later.
@suspekt29 Kamala is a legend my friend. Check out his legendary matches with Brody, Von Erich, Andre. Kamala was a big name in the World Class Championship Wrestling
Although I watched wrestling all the time back then I barely remember Kamala's WWF run. I remeber him better from his time in WCCW w/ manager Gen. Skandor Akbar.
These were the great days when wreslting was fantastic. Vince or anyone at WWE if you read this quit giving us the shit you give us nowadays we want it like it used to be in the 1980s
I tell ya... Classic Freddie Blassie not too many of him around anymore. Vintage Pipers Pit and Kamala... ... Man those were the days.... Wrestling should go back to the future... I like all the broads but save for the recent Randy O/Shane O feud (not bad loved that head kick) where are the characters the sub plots? A Good Manager or two wouldn't hurt. I'm available "Bear the Brain" SU
Kamala's original WWE TV debut was on the July 21, 1984 episode of WWF All-Star Wrestling. He pinned Jose Luis Rivera (later one of the Conquistadors) in 1:33 with two splashes. This Piper's Pit was from the August 25, 1984 episode of Championship Wrestling. Steve Lombardi was Kim Chee, not Friday.
No, notice Piper asking about beating his stomach in matches. back then you didn't have big debuts like today for the most part. If I remember right, Kamals just "showed up" one week.
My favorite moment was when Kamala was on Tuesday Night Titans with a caged chicken.Freddie Blassie says to Lord Alfred Hayes and Vince Mcmahon"Kamala will go a magic trick for you.You want to see the chicken do a dissappearing act?"He lets the chicken go and Kamala is chasing after it with a spear. They break to a commerical and when they come back Kamala is chewing what's left of the feathers with Lord Alfred Hayes with his heads over his eyes grossed out.
this is the Piper's pit that put Kamala over for me. When I first saw this, I saw Piper and FEAR in his face. He says, "will he stab me?" and acted scared--which he NEVER did for any wrestler. I thought Kamala was "legit" in a way because of it. Great memories! I can't believe its been 25 years almost.
CLASSIC!!!!! In Blassie's book, he talks about this interview and said how Piper really helped sell Kamala. He said if a lunatic like Piper was afraid, then Kamala really was a killer.
@starboybillysynth i thought it was san francisco!
