this video was a old video when they decided to get rid of him and change it to 15 and you go against rog in the prolougue before razor takes your car and so on and you get calls and texts from rog as well
I remember hearing the police mention an asylum near that area but it didnt make much sense that rog would be in there and still have all sorts of inside information tht he reveals in the game

The "Asylum" is probably the prison-like area you can jump off of.

You Don't Defeat Rog On The Blacklist, Like Sonny and Taz, So Why Is He On there, But I Must Admit, He has a Nice mustang!

who is rog? I think he is #16 on the blacklist, but he kind of dissapears after u win the game. Is it possible to get his car?
