I saw it, and even the Hawaiian officials dont honor it. On the Hawaii State website it says anyone can get it by just saying their child was born here. We want to see the stamped certificate that has the seal on it, that verifies a doctor witnessed the birth.

"Redress of grievences", the grievance is the fact that Birthers accuse that the Constitution has been viloated. These folks feel the government has wronged them by not being furnished by the long original document of live birth of president Obama.
