Poser. Everybody knows the real Swami X was on Venice, Ca. Boardwalk during the sixties thru the 80's, and was a raunchy, LSD munching pan-handler (in the best of the Buddhist traditions) who spewed out massively deep statments that were pretty g*d damn funny. Well, in the spirit of goodness, I won't mind if you call yourself Swami X II. Maybe if you drop a bit more acid and then you can say, as the real Swami X used to say: "The more you f*ck, the more you want to f*ck!" deep, eh? Hee hee!
I don't "pose" as anyone--just myself. And I am still working to dissolve my "self" and just be as my big Self. Thanks for the douchebag comment. "A swami wouldn't talk that way!" Maybe not a poser swami. But that is not Who I Am.
I've watched the old version of Swami X and didn't find him particularly clever or funny or insightful but support his right to do what he does. Your comment offers nothing on the content of what I shared but only on the name. As a yogi I understand that a name is not Who I Am. Maybe one day you'll realize this too.
-Do you go to everyone named “Mike” and say, “I know a dozen Mikes and the name has been used for centuries—you’re a poser!”? I gave up on this crusade after confronting about 300 “Jesus’” in the Hispanic community.
-Do you go to just about EVERY swami whose name is something-"ananda" and say, "I've Google searched Satyananda/Yogananda/Kriyananda/Satchidananda and there are 10,000 of each. You're a poser!"?

A couple of questions for reflection:
-Do you go to everyone named “Mike” and say, “I know a dozen Mikes and the name has been used for centuries—you’re a poser!”? I gave up on this crusade after confronting about 300 “Jesus’” in the Hispanic community.
-Do you go to just about EVERY swami whose name is something-"ananda" and say, "I've Google searched Satyananda/Yogananda/Kriyananda/Satchidananda and there are 10,000 of each. You're a poser!"?
