Is Curt force carbonating or priming bottles?

@MeMcNeills Guessing priming. There was some sediment that I decanted off. Also, that Black Ale is from April 2010! so much older than I realized. It held up very well.

Black IPA!? I thought you would be Cascadian Dark Ale guy! ;-) Sounds like two very nice homebrews.  Are you BJCP, DonO? If not, any plans to be?

@arrogantbastardale Ha. Well, i first heard it that way (Black IPA) and I just liked it. I thought it was apt. I took the BJCP class when I was first brewing, about 10 years ago.  That experience was invaluable in exposing me to every style, some I never knew about. it was awesome. but I did not take the test and don't really plan on ever trying to do so. I think it is cool but I don't want to have to memorize all that stuff. I know most if it fairly well. cheers.

Thanks for the review Don, the black ale was brewed for my friends who don't like dark beer.I wanted it dark without a heavy roast flavor. not sure if i put the year the black was brewed it was 2010.
