If it weren't for Raiden, Solid Snake would not have lived through MGS4.

If it weren't for Raiden, who was trained to take on an unbeleivable ammount of Metal Gears at a time, Snake would have had to take down TWENTY FIVE METAL GEAR RAYS, when he was barely able to take down Metal Gear REX, a downgrade of RAY, even with Gray Fox's help.

You don't have to like Raiden. But if you don't appreciate him, then you do not Appreciate the MGS series, or Solid Snake.

As far as I recall, A ninja's physical appearance and constitution was based more on elegance and agility than physical strength. So Raiden actually fits very well into how he looked previously, even if you immaturely claim him to look like a 'faggot'

It's just a different genre so you can't appreciate it.

You should listen to more konami songs, especially the MGS-Related ones and see how they improved through the years.
