47 defence gotten near 5 capes. best armor i use is:

rune kite

rune boots

zerk helm

black d body

best gloves or vambs

fury (borrowed) or owned

rune c bow (addy-rune bolts about 1k) have done once with mithril bolts.. however i do not recommend it

inven: purple sweets about 150-200 to save your brews. like 6 brews and my secret is monks robe bottom with god book. when fighting 360s saves on ur pots drastically since im only 44 pray. the rest are restores. good luck should only cost about 900k

Pinks are super restore (they restore prayer and stats) yellow are saradomin brews (u can get ur hp up with em and def, but ur stats low, so u drink restore pot and they restore)
