Great demo video. Drip some 3N1 oil or WD40 behind the freewheel, so it runs down the threads, and it will come off a lot easier. Thanks for the demo vid to share with a friend.

hi im trying to make a fixie...i know that you need a track cog so after your done removing the cassette or freewheel, do i just thread on the cog and lock ring or am i missing something?
