    fully built trans with ATI 3600 stall - 2000

    cam, springs, pushrods - 1100

    built rearend with gears - 1000

    I tuned it myself...

    Full exhaust with cutout - 900

    drop parts and swaybar and helper bags - 800

    Paint work - 500

    Interior stuff like audio/video - 1000

    The list goes on, but that's most of it.

  • are you liking the tr224 better than the hot cam? im really torn between cams for my truck. just finished with my rebuild on my trans and now i'm gonna start tearing up the engine here in december.

  • @Cheeny23 TR224>hot cam, for power and overall gains. price-wise the hot cam is cheaper

  • @chevelle454ss1 Thanks man, I spent about 2k between the trans, converter, and hard parts. I'm doing another built trans within a few weeks, should be good to go and I'll get some track times.

  • sounds awesome! that cam is good for 6.0s aswell right? ive heard a decent amount about them and im thinking of getting one for my 6.0

  • it's a great torquey cam for a 6.0, but depending on the application you could go a little bigger with a TSP 226 or TSP 228

  • @calebd91 - i haven't run at the track yet, but soon I'll be going. I know I keep saying that, but we actually are going to the track in a few weeks before it gets hot.

    A 6.0 is a good idea if you can get a good deal on one. A 6.0 with the same mods will be quite faster.

  • no, but I do have helper bags for towing bigger loads

  • with all of your mods, i think that a LS6 intake swap would be good. imo

  • the LS6 looks good and makes a little more power up top, but the truck intake is much better for low-end torque

  • Yeah it sounds good for just driving around town, but at full throttle it sounds pretty wicked with the cutout open. I'll try and get some WOT videos this weekend and maybe a burnout one.
