what i really hate about dreamcast owners was how hardcore about their system, its controller's were unbearably uncomfortable and lacked a 2nd stick. The exclusive were limited and sucked terribly, it really did stand up to the PS2, Xbox, or Gamecube, the dreamcast was cut short for a reason people!!

be careful with this controller guys, i got a third party version when i had my first dreamcast and it totally screwed up the controller port, and every controller refused to work after using that one, had to get a whole nother dreamcast.

I stupidly tried the controller with the next system thinking it was the console, nope happend again. I went through 2 dreamcasts because of that

@redjughead history. there was the n64, dreamcast, ps1, and ps2 all out at the same time. sega stopped making consoles right there. then when there were only 2 companies in there microsoft decided to show up with the xbox and its back to 3. it was nintendo, playstation, and sega for a long time. 3 is the magic number with companies making consoles and with the economy the way it is today and the price consoles are sold for, there isn't enough room for 4 companies to make consoles

@MrSpiderman14 From what you just told me, there was never a fourth. Microsoft wasn't waiting for Sega to stop to make the Xbox, that's just when they came up with the idea and made it real. Sega could probably get quite some sales from people that were there for the older consoles, and people who are interested in trying out a new company's system. Also, there are companies who just make games nowadays, meanwhile before the company that made the console usually made the games before.

@redjughead yes there was a 4th console. when the ps2 came out, they kept supporting the ps1. there were 4 systems on the market and the dreamcast was the one to go. if they had stayed in, who knows in xbox would have been released. and if it was, there was no way sega would be able to stay in the market and make another system. if sega came back now and the wii, 360, and ps3 are still out, someone will go out real fast

nice controller. But i have a DC fighting pad thats better. its made by innovation. It has 6 face buttons like this one, but it also hase triggers, built in rumble, and one amazingly nice D PAD (I prefer using a D PAD for fighters more than a joystick) The one thing it doesn't have is the button config thing, but ya can't have it all.
