Technically he has two voices, his regular one and a high-pitched one (usually mistaken for Meiko in his videos). I think the high-pitched one is present more often in yandere songs like this one.

@powerpuffgirlsz999 Yes, Kaito is singing the song. The rabbit is for symbolism. His master is an unidentified person with brown hair, like "Master" is portrayed as in multiple Vocaloid songs.  I don't think he actually eats him...
