you can play without an amp, then the uke is very quiet but loud enough to hear what you play. This is good to play in the night. Your neighbours will love it:-)

@bialitt unstimmbar? Nicht leicht zu stimmen zugegebenermaßen, aber dafür hält die Stimmung 2 Wochen. Überteuert? Teuer ja, aber gut investiertes Geld. Das Ding ist in der Tat sehr einfach gebaut - genial einfach würde ich sagen... Ich spiel das Teil seit über zwei Jahren so gut wie jeden Tag...

High quality generally costs more, and I think the Risa is a good value for the high quality you get.
