This video is a waste of space on YouTube. It is obvious to anyone with road maintenance knowledge what all the equipment is for. They are planning on cleaning the ditch but the road needed patched before they continued. There is a patching crew present and a ditch cleaning crew present. If you don't know anything about road maintenance then go to a class and learn. You obviously have nothing else to do with your time so get a education. You are wasting gas by driving around needlessly.
