I'm also sure you're smart enough to realize that a small group doesn't represent the whole fandom well; if you go to the main mlp subreddit, there's a fair amount of dislike for the stuff. As for the quality of the show: does it matter if it's good, or horrible in your eyes if you don't watch it?
