Thank'z dude i really appreciate the info, that'z exactly what i am going to do, put spacer'z and raise the platform, cuz i just put a brand new chassis on the Stampede and i really don't want to cut away any part of the chassis. Thank'z once again bud, Happy Bashin ???

How did you get that Gen's Ace 5000mah 2s lipo battery to fit in the battery compartment, i bought the same battery and it will not fit my Stampede 2wd, the length and width are perfect but the thickness is about 1/4 to 3/8 inch to thick, will not slide under the platform that hold's the ESC and the receiver, the 4x4 Stampede battery compartment must be different then the 2wd Stampede battery compartment. Please help, Thank's, and by the way that is a kool ass video !!!

@addictedtodat69 It is different than the 2wd. I also made a velcro strap mod to fit any thickness of batteries. I have a video on it on my channel. I have not owned a 2wd in a while, but I am pretty sure can unscrew the two front posts slightly to raise the front battery strap and you put spacers in between the chassis and the esc plate. The extra shock pistons that come with the trucks work pretty good as spacers or Ace Hardware sells little nylon spaces in different sizes for like 10 cents

@ravster in the pede 4x4 the 5700 would be hard to control temps IMHO. I think the 3800 is just about the perfect motor for the pede 4x4. Awesome power even on 2s lipo Direct fit. I asked castle about about their new 5700 motors and they do not even recommend them for 4x4 kits.

@degaboss The 3800 is better than the 4600 and 5700 in the Pede 4x4. Lots of power, more gearing options, great torque.
