We all have dominion here but without mastery of self it is useless. To have dominion without ego or attachment to outcome is a beginning to see what God has created you to be. Remember love and forgiveness are chief among your powers. No need to be right or prove anything. What other people think about you is none of your business. The truth doesn't need to be defended, it can stand alone by itself and doesn't need any help. I can only show you the door. You have to walk through it.

@deborahdaughter7 It is very simple, we choose not to see. To many it is easier to remain asleep and judge. The only other course of action is to come awake, and live the life you were given with choices you make instead of making no choices and living by default.

The Church that Jesus established is totally right, its these wolves that have entered in among the flock that attempts to recreate the biblical commandments. Remember the Bible say few shall find it. Divorce is wrong, homosexuality is wrong, cheating is wrong we can go down the list and we will all be guilty as charged. Seek only God will.

I agree. I feel that no matter what goes on in this world, homosexuality will always be the "go to" sin to condemn, just as you said, it's the minority. People need to stop focusing on others flaws and look inward at themselves. We all have skeletons, just because mine is visible doesn't make yours less than mine just because you do your dirt in the dark, hello!!!!

Amen and Amen! So much about religion is deemed "right" because a lot of people deem it right and not because it's rooted in logic or consciousness. You raise a very interesting point about the way divorce seems to be preferred over homosexuality, in this country. With so many living the DL lifestyle, in your opinion, what impact does living in a patriarchal society have on the way we view divorce and homosexuality? Let me know if you think it doesn't have an impact on our views.
