You dont really need it anymore, coz since few months there is Taiwan release of this game, which doesnt require such of things as korean ssc or kssn, registration is free, you dont even need to confirmate it via mail :P. For more info check "dbocom[dot]com" : )

a korean dbo account is way too hard for me to get, as they want a foreign kssn (Korean Social Security Number), and a korean phone number. They do that so that they have identifiable information about you. I think making a taiwanese account definately is the easiest way to get a Dragon Ball Online account. But I still hate the fact that Koreans get flying earlier than us. Curses.
