There`s nothing wrong with using a pick in metal songs, u get a much sharper attack sound of it, fingers give u more controll on muting but sounds duller. its harder to play with fingers yeah and looks cool but quiestion urself if ur doing it for the music or for show of... , tho i agree its better for lots of stuff, just like the pick is for something else. anyways, awesome cover :) peace out
