  • You were outta your eliment persay your Comfort Zone.. once your body gets use to sumthing it becomes easy and its no long chanlleging to your body the the machine you got (the ellipitical which is very popular) your body wasnt use to it and you probly were working new muscles always keep your body guessing and it will work against its self and help keep you burning.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRLLY :)

  • @iiHeartC00kiez I'm slowly but surely figuring that out but by keep my body guessing I have started to see a greater weight loss.... Where were you in the beginning of my journey lol I wish you were here to tell me this long time ago but I guess I had to learn on my on but good advice though..... Thanks keep the good tips coming

  • you are doing really good. You will build up your endurance and be able to push yourself further. Keep up the good work!

  • @MegaFat2fit I know I went back to the gym and was able to do double the time on it..

  • its called the elliptical and its a great fat burner.

    you get more for your workout. so keep doing it.also invest in a HMR(heart rate monitor). this will give you a more accurate reading of calories burned and will help you keep your heart rate at at least 120 and 130 to burn calories.

  • @msjelika Thnaks I did feel like I got a lot more for my workout.... Also, I need to look into getting a HMR
