I remember this episode so well. Sadly ATWT has not done holiday episodes like this for years now, maybe if they did the ratings would not erode every year.
The Snyder family had only been on the show a few months at this point. Douglas Marland did a great job of introducing them one by one and incorporating them into the plots and cast. I still remember the first episode where they showed Holden at home and we "met" Emma. And when Iva came home and was reunited with her family.
I had forgotten that Dusty and Holden overlapped. Loved them both. Boy these were good times.

I remember this wonderful Christmas episode very well. Douglas Marland was the Supreme Storywriter.

whatever became of Matthew and Jane the secretary? I know Ambrose the lawyer died.

I think Jane retired.

That's interesting the Lucinda tells Matthew to go home. I always thought he lived there -- he was always at her beck and call!

The Snyder Family was never a favorite of mine. I know a lot of fans like them but I prefer the Hughes & Stewart Families anytime.

These episodes are to be treasured because "Chris Hughes" was still with us then...thanks for sharing.
