  • I've been looking for a demo like this for about a year now....

  • I'm going to try it with my Evolver!

  • yes this are the demo's i wanna see, i only saw some cheap sounds comming out of those boxes, but i hear some raw and distorted sounds now... will this work on fruity loops ?

  • Don't wanna sound nerdy but having a MoPho myself, the auto feedback is automatically triggered when there's nothing unplugged in the audio in jack. You just send the Ext In volume all the way up and turn the input gain as much as you want in order to obtain feedback. No need for an external jack.

  • @vckeys Yeah but this does seem to impart a different character on the sound. Try it with the audio mod and you can get some truly evil sound. ;)

  • i'm fed up of ugly synths doing ugly sounds. Music, please !

  • pls do more mopho videos...

  • it's ALLLLIVE

  • YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

    VERY YES

  • I'd be afraid to blow it up O_O

  • this is the terror that is unleashed when you push red buttons!

  • @tekkentool

.. red buttons causes nuclear wars ^^

  • Hell yeah!

  • huge n00b Q and maybe not even the right video to post it on, but how exactly does this synth work?? Ive wanted to make the move from digital to analog for a while now and someone recommended this to me, but I cant really figure out how exactly you control it from watching videos and the info on the website... how would you hook it up to a keyboard? If I wanted to use a software sequencer would getting a midi card be my only option? any help would be greatly appreciated, it looks cool but ????

  • You would use a MIDI keyboard to play it normally. Just about any board that has a MIDI out would work. A USB to MIDI interface would work if you wanted to control it via software. The built in sequencer would sync to the clock of the sequencer software (most of them).

  • So even the cheapest of Midi Controllers or Keyboards work with the MoPho?

  • yes! i'm working with a really cheap and crappy homekeyboard and it works. all you need is a midi-output. and almost any keyboard got this.

the only thing that i miss is the velocity. my keyboard always uses the same, which makes it really boring when you play piano or some other acoustic instruments. but for this synth it would work.

  • lol........................

  • Once again you guys have pushed the envelope - and I'm not talking ADSR here! Well done!

  • oh yes.. i pushed it.. i feel as if i joined a cult of push it .. i shall push it again and no one will stop me. all must push it or perish.. i bought mopho serial 00678 sunday..

  • my MIDI cable is in the other side of the country so all I can do is Push it every day till I get there. ohhhhhh the joy

  • try putting effects on the feedback loop.

  • it was designed to do that without having to plug it into itself.

you can just not plug anything into audio in

    and it makes feedback

    it was designed that way

  • Buying this, buying this, buying this!

  • Wow thats crazy!!

Can it damage the synth? It seems dangerous to the instrument.

  • Nope. It just SOUNDS dangerous.

    ;-)

  • Yeah...Very dangerous! :)))

  • nope.. just dangerous to your head ! oohhh. please god keep me away from this thing.. i don't want to neglect my arp..

  • the inputs will clip if the input signal is too hot, nothing to worry about

  • This thing looks pretty cool, but to be honest, only makes me want another evolver.

I wish Dave would do a poly desktop evo like the prophet.

  • totally agree with u there!
