It's not in the same tone or as powerful (idk how to say it) as the studio version, so I do believe she's not lipsynching. And her voice almost cracked before singing the next line soooo I don't think she is lipsynching

Besides at 3:32 she holds the mic at different distances but the volume is the same.

Dont get me wrong, i HAVE heard her sing live and shes great. I liked her as soon as i heard her acoustic.
