I agree too much is based on image these days. We forget that listening to a track you don't see the person singing and even live/with videos you should be able to ignore the appearance if the voice is good enough.

Ruth has the most strongest vocals there apart from Rachel.

JLS have great potential but they're not going to massively increase vocally,

Alex was another brilliant performer and singer that truly desvered to win and I think Diana has been getting worse since coming back from Laryngitis.
