Watch the close-up version of the Zapruder film... the back of Kennedy's head remains completely intact. If you look carefully at his head you will see that he actually darts forward & down before recoiling back.
He was clearly shot from behind, and the photos here are entirely consistent with the head shot shown on the film. seanpatrick78 is completely correct.
Also, if the wound in the back is lower than the neck wound how would it go straight into the front right passenger? It didn't. The president was shot from the front and the side. One seat in the limo was higher and further inboard than the other, and both the President and Governor were moving around to acknowledge onlookers. The paraffin test showed CONCLUSIVELY that Lee Harvey Oswald had not used (fired) a firearm that day.

GLARING FACT: If you shoot something from the back it does NOT move toward you...EVER. Under ANY circumstances. If the shot came from above and to the right then the President's head would have moved down, and forward to the left. @JulietsMan ..he was shot, his body needed to revert to its natural posture which meant his legs would have straightened, & his upper body would have been pushed back. It was the muscle spasm that forced him back, not a shot from the front.

The head photos are JD Tippit. The X-ray skull is a medical training skull (the hook clasp floating in the middle). An altered Z film, Tippit's body carved to fit, and a med skull. Those 3 parts fit whatever story scenario they want you to believe.

@JulietsMan Actually if you look at the headshot in slow motion, JFK's head clearly goes forward slightly at the time of impact. Only when his head explodes, does he go backward and to the left. Without any slow motion at all, it's obvious the majority of brain matter and blood are moving forward. Also, the back of JFK's head is completely intact. Not just in the Zapruder film, but in other photos and film taken at the time of the headshot.

I wonder what caused that? If you watch the film slowly, a jet goes out of his head almost straight up, but slightly forward. High enough in the air the motorcycle cops were hit as it came back down. @10Faenor I hope you're not planning on becoming a doctor. I've seen hundreds of training skulls and not one had a hook anywhere near the eye socket. Some have springs attached at the top of the temporal bone running down to the mandible to keep the jaw shut. The hook is usually somewhere near the suture between the temporal and parietal bone.

I would however point out that the metal spray you are seeing is not as you say "floating in mid-air". They are embeded into the skull. And this would show a frontal shot. As far as a bullet path goes. If it was a mercury core bullet the brain would have been reduced to pudding like matter. Thus path could never be delineated.

Look close to the monitor and cross your eyes until you get a third image in the middle of the two images. Once you try it for a moment your eyes will adjust and the 3D image will appear in the middle of the 2 original. I tried it and it worked ;)

How the heck can you deduce the bullet coming from the rear given the damage to the side and rear of the head. Do you not understand ballistics? If a shot with that much power had come from behind, the President's face/front skull would be missing. The skull is the single most important piece of evidence in this whole case as it likely tells us from where that bullet came.

Watch the close-up version of the Zapruder film... the back of Kennedy's head remains completely intact. If you look carefully at his head you will see that he actually darts forward & down before recoiling back.

One seat in the limo was higher and further inboard than the other, and both the President and Governor were moving around to acknowledge onlookers. He was in the lunnchroom and witnesses confirmed his presence there. 2/ Lee Harvey Oswald failed the paraffin test which should have indicated he had used (fired) a firearm. The paraffin test showed CONCLUSIVELY that Lee Harvey Oswald had not used (fired) a firearm that day.

If the shot came from above and to the right then the President's head would have moved down, and forward to the left. Without any slow motion at all, it's obvious the majority of brain matter and blood are moving forward. Also, the back of JFK's head is completely intact. @seanpatrick78 At 2:44 to 3:16 you show a picture of a Medical Training Skull. There is no doubt about the metal the hook clasp X-rayed on the eye socket area and what it means. itis not JFK's skull. It is not Tippit's skull. It is a student's Medical Training Skull that was manipulated to simulate the desired shooting scenario.

@10Faenor I hope you're not planning on becoming a doctor. I've seen hundreds of training skulls and not one had a hook anywhere near the eye socket. Some have springs attached at the top of the temporal bone running down to the mandible to keep the jaw shut. The hook is usually somewhere near the suture between the temporal and parietal bone.

The X-ray was centered on the eye orbit opening. The metal clasp was in the X-ray. attached outside the skull on the opposite side.

You will get the inside of the skull as background - where the metal clasp is in place on the other side of the medical Training Skull. Get a clue someday.

But seriously, just google the terms "x-ray" and "skull" and you will find plenty of skulls with metal objects in them. Granted, this is an old x-ray, but that would have to be one of the most poorly made hooks ever. Not to mention that any metal object (especially one viewed through a cavity) would appear much brighter in comparison to the surrounding material. But, as I have said: I'm no doctor.

Yes the brain matter is blown away. And yes I would agree that it was probably a mercury core bullet designed for maximum killing damage. I would however point out that the metal spray you are seeing is not as you say "floating in mid-air". They are embeded into the skull. And this would show a frontal shot. As far as a bullet path goes. If it was a mercury core bullet the brain would have been reduced to pudding like matter. Thus path could never be delineated.

Oh just a tip everyone, for those of you who don't own a stereo viewer you can see this image in 3D with a little ingenuity. Look close to the monitor and cross your eyes until you get a third image in the middle of the two images. Once you try it for a moment your eyes will adjust and the 3D image will appear in the middle of the 2 original. I tried it and it worked ;)

How the heck can you deduce the bullet coming from the rear given the damage to the side and rear of the head. Do you not understand ballistics? If a shot with that much power had come from behind, the President's face/front skull would be missing. The skull is the single most important piece of evidence in this whole case as it likely tells us from where that bullet came.
