Ruling was correct and the money needs to be paid back. But Judge Judy was SO INCREDIBLY WRONG with her commentary. The breast implants were a gift, and furthermore, they were things/services and NOT CASH. Judge Judy's practically making someone else a responsible 3rd party is not legal, and is RIDICULOUS. Judge Judy acts as if the boyfriend would have given her $5,000 in cash, when that was not the case. I am not even a lawyer and I question Judge Judgy competency based on this.

Like SSI, welfare, etc. As Judge Judy said, she could have asked her Boy Friend to pay her Aunt the $5000, then she could have had her Breasts done later. just another person, a USER, who feels the worls owes her a living.
