Those 2 religions never invited their followers to love pagans or infidels and they are not more "human" in their doctrine than Islam.
3.Hate is not a crime, acting upon it is.
Muslims and Jews are not expected to love Christians nor Christians have to love Muslims and Jews . As long as they respect each others rights and rituals, they can keep hating.
4.Criminals usually accuse their victims of "forcing them to kill ", and that is the case with the US. It is easier to accuse Islam of "hating" than to admit to their mistakes. The US have been fooling around in the middle east since 1945, supporting tyrants, changing regimes and affecting the life of millions but when the people get angry; it is Islam on the move not the consequences of their heedless actions!

I agree the general consensus amongst extremists is to attack Western foreign policies which have caused so much hardship in the Middle East and Africa. That was a time when countries were uniting...like Italy , Germany, the South Slavs and so of course the Jews also wanted to unite and form their own state. Europe's anti-semitism also encouraged them to want to leave Europe.
