I live in Fairfield, very near Suisun, but I know how hard they have been working to improve the waterfront, which has newer restaurants, and some new businesses. I think the video portrays quite a negative view of a charming little town.
This was not just greed out of control... this collapse is by design. The goal was to break America, and strengthen China, (the model for the world) a totalitarian superstate in exchange for National Sovereignty.
This shows the after effects of shutting down U.S. production industries. Farms and factories are no longer preferred, replaced by a service industry sector that pays historically less than mfg jobs. So what is to be done? Fools gold is to do nothing but fend for yourself. Instead defend your nation. Take responsibility and seek the answers and organization best equipped to defeat our Empirical enemy. I believe in the end you will pick Lyndon LaRouche.
Wow.. how heart breaking this was to watch! I grew up in the Fairfield/Suisun area. I moved away many years ago and had no idea the area was suffering so bad :( Actually my first job ever was at that now abandoned Carls Jr. Watched the Fairfield ones too. Thank you so much for posting this.. keeping us all informed!
Check Out The Sewer Soon City - Sue Suisun City Videos on YouTube! Government grows and grows and does less and less! Horray! YouTube Google Search = Sewer Soon City .
I'm from Germany and have visited Californa last year for vacation. Driving around gave me the impression that the US is cluttered with malls. You guys have an insane amount of shopping districts, Starbucks, big box stores and so forth. The number has to come down - period. It's not sustainable!
@matschbirne111 USA became a service economy. As people found it harder to obtain credit for their spending habits, they bought less stuff "Made in China". Many salespeople got laid off, draining the economy of "happy-go-lucky" spenders. There are not many manufacturing jobs in the USA, so it's hard/impossible to turn the unemployment problem around. Seems like the "Shopping on the Credit Card spree" is over. The old days aren't coming back and the retailers are adjusting to this new reality
@mrmilleniumproof thank you very much for the compliment. i try very hard to make these videos watchable and worth your time. and you are right on the money on your observation. keep up your vids bro.
Actually your videos are similiar to most cities in california.the central valley(HWY 99) you can turn off on most any onramp off of Hwy99 and see the same thing over and over gain .Everybody see's it . I see Federal Government bailout's of the States coming or it will be collapse on a larger scale than we are seeing .Got to any Mall and you will see the empty buildings and many of them. When California goes, so will the rest ! Fresno, Visalia,Merced, Modesto, its all misserable.
The community garden is inspiring in all of this gloom and doom. Here southwest of Denver, we do have strip malls with empty stores. Their just not as prevalent. I am fascinated by the economic collapse. As usual, great example of it Groove !
Wow! the recovery looks promising! Thanks for your videos. Your efforts are appreciated. You help us gain a sense of awareness. It will come in handy to survive a possible local crisis should it arise. Great work!
I live clear across the country, and if it weren't for videos like this, we'd have no idea the sad state of affairs across the US. Thanks for taking the time to post this.
wow this place has gone down hill, too bad it was a nice little town in some parts like the marina. do you know how the mall is doing out there. thanks for vids.
@DEMCAD there has been a major increase in prostitution. but police sem to be making busts... there was a big operation a motel known for this activity and this time they arrested the motel manager and charged him as an accomplice. pimping will be coming back in a major way as more and more women will do things for money that they thought they wouldnt or couldnt do. maybe i'm cynical?
Hey groove, thanks for taking the time to make the videos to show the current state of your northern california. Even rich cities like irvine are starting to show some signs of desolation.

Asian fish and chips no wonder they closed.
Hard to pass off pigeon or cat as fish no matter how much they deep fry it.

Hi Grooveline,
Thanks for posting the video. Another sobering perspective.
Here in Hawaii real estate isn't that bad. There are pockets of empty
commercial space, but nowhere near the plight in California.
Have a great week. Rick
