OMG! what a terrfying look! Certainly he was seeing demons from hell; they were telling him, "Welcome to hell sir!" And he struggled between staying alive on earth and occupying his spot in hell!

@TheKlist12345 Only God knows what awaits him after death. But if i go down to your level this is how its gonna be. He was eager to die and was in pain because he could not simply wait any longer for what he was seing on the other side. He wanted to go there so badly that you could see hes emotions even though he was paralised. He was trying to say if you could see what i could see you would not stop praying to allah but he wasnt able to give the message and he was sad. I can do this too.
