I have seen so many arguements and fanart confused on Envys gender but I SO know he is a male. Even if when I saw the japanese FullMetal Alchemist also known as Hagane no Renkinjutsushi was voiced by a woman instead of a guy. They do that all the time in the japanese original version of the animes. I never get tired watching the chibi ova party. I wish sometimes though they would dub it in english so I wouldnt have to try and catch up with the subs and I could understand this.
