Wow, I was sure we would get either Terrence Malick's ending to "The Thin Red Line" or "The New World". But then again, there are so so many movies which have incredible endings, that this list could go on for a long time.
Where's requiem for a dream? the usual suspects? memento? Eternal sunshine of a spotless mind? Movies that leave you with a shock value. However, I do agree with fight club. Easily the best movie of all time.
I think perhaps the greatest and most dramatic ending of all time could be "Heat". With Moby's "God Moving Over the Face of the Waters" playing in the background, it really makes you feel something inside which a lot of movies do not. So fantastic and really deserves a mention somewhere.
@RubyDragon01 Though I do agree that it shouldn't be number 1, I definately DO NOT agree that it is one of the worst films ever. That's just a ridiculous statement.

@6sillysheep He put The Usual Suspects up on one of his other videos. But I agree with you on Requiem for a Dream.

All the movies you picked are quality! apart from smokin aces, i feel that scene was kinda wasted on a movie like that...

What was the first one? I think the all time greatest ending, although its not modern, has to be from A Clockwork Orange.
