JC is not a bug in the game, its the bread and butter of sweet gameplay thats why Enemy step was added in DMC4 as a seperate technique
I do not think is intended to be there... seriously now... if everybody would just JC what challenge would the game have? You would just JC from the begining to the end of the game, and finish it very fast... where would be the logic?
And about DMC4 , JC similarities where added because so many gamers lived this bug... it's just marketing...
thats just the thing JCing get you nowhere on style point so yeah what you say is true for begginers, there are those that jump-cancel like there's no tommorow like Ramada, but for more advanced players such as Brea, His1nightmare and Kyle they make use of jump-canceling but they can still Achieve high ranks by utilising and cancelling aerial moves

why should he JC? if you are a real player you do not JC. JC is a bug in the game, that should've been fixed, but it has not...
