@Wowitzmee Sly Eckert - his second cousin; when Luke and Laura came back to Port Charles in 93, Sly's father Bill was shot when he was trying to guard Sly from getting shot by these guys going after Luke, the thought they shot Luke but it was his twin cousin Bill...anyway guess it was a way for Anthony Geary to officially reprise his role as Luke Spencer ... Sly left to live with his Aunt Jenny Eckert Ashton-Hornsby and has not come back since :(

@whatsuptoronto When Luke and Laura returned in the fall of 1993, this scene was from their first episode. A bomb went off in a car parked outside the diner they were running; they realized that the mobster Frank Smith had found them, and they decided to go back to Port Charles.
