  • To say you like the kimono to just about anyone you just have to say "ii kimono desu ne" where as your "anata no kimono ga suki desu" means i love your kimono it has more feelings in it where as "ii kimono desu ne" is more of making a comment on an item. hope it helps

  • it would really help if there were subtitiles =(

like.. apples (for you), douzo = here you go

  • Doumo Arigatou!!

  • I say dozo everytime I hand somone a recipt at work odly no one ever questions it

  • well isn`t that like "here you go" when you give it..

..so, I don`t understand what you mean

  • I mean no one ever asks what I said the only thing I can say in japenese that no one will ask about.

  • oh okay..

is it a good or bad thing XD ?

  • It is what it is.I just like to leave comment so I did there is no deep pilisophical meaning to it

  • yeah sure I just didin still understand you but let`s just leave it like that

  • No no. The sensei explained in a earlier lesson that the sound "S" at then end DOES NOT exist in japanese. Therefore you MUST pronounce the last vowel U

"Onegai Shimas-U-". If you remember the Hiragana Alphabet, or at least how to pronounce the 5 main vowels, you'll see what's the pronuntiation of "U". It's like a closed vowel in japanese,so you have to practice in its pronuntiation a lot,to use it in these kind of cases =)

  • actually you dont say the u in onegaishimasu so the u sounds like an s so it would be said onegaishimas =)

  • you can say it either way.
