Most likely the problems with Origin Giratina, Sky Shaymin,

Rotom's Appliance Form(e)s and the Flying Pikachu are gonna remain in

Battle Revolution 1. But will be fixed when Battle Revolution 2 comes out

several weeks after Black and White.

If you trade to Platinum, you can teach it magnet rise, which might help.

The idea is that Thunder would be more useful in OU tier play, since most Pokemon that could OHKO Pikachu with Earthquake or Earth Power could OHKO it with any other attack it would know, limiting Magnet Rise's usefulness. Thunder still benefits greatly from Light Ball, even without any SpAtk EVs backing it up, and is a great surprise move against would-be counters that are slower than Pikachu.
