Here is a few: Yahweh, Jehovah (These are the most common known ones), Elohim, Alpha and Omega (not joking, this is sometimes used as God's name), The Light (Quakers), Shangdi (Korean), Shen (Chinese), Zhu, Tian Zhu (Chinese and Korean). Just to name a few. The reason people just use "God", is because he has so many names to begin with.

'alpha and omega' is the first and last letters of the greek alphabet, so when God said "i am the alpha and the omega" he meant he is the beginning and the end, not that his name is 'alpha and omega'

'Yahweh' is just "God" in Hebrew. sort of like how Pedro is just Peter in spainish (and jehovah is thought to have been derived from this.)

so yes commenting on how God has multiple names was of no good utility.
