I'm like one your biggest fan....I posted a video response to show your influence comes all the way down south to Daytona Beach...of,health improvement,mental improvement as well physical improvement......I worked out for two hours doing calisthenics then I recorded the video response that I posted to this one, so I was fatigue physically but mentally I kept pushing myself,....keep up the good work thanks again for the motivation
@JohnLRodgers For the most park everybody part 5x a week. There are depending factors, like soreness for instance. If one body part is sore I will stay away from that body part, also other factors are involved on what muscles we train, on what day.
